Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellation and refunds related to digital and physical purchases made via Breathflow.

1. Digital Products (Webinars, Courses, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final. Since we provide immediate access to educational materials and live sessions, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Inability to access due to personal technical issues
  • Unused course or webinar content

However, refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical failure during transaction
  • Defective or inaccessible content verified by our support team

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase via taniiyaagupta@gmail.com.

2. Subscription-Based Services

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Access will continue until the current paid period ends. No partial refunds are issued.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items only.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Cancellations by Company

We reserve the right to cancel an order or suspend service due to:

  • Technical errors
  • Fraud detection
  • Breach of Terms

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
