1. Domestic Shipping

We offer delivery within India via reputed logistics partners. Delivery timelines typically range from 5–10 business days depending on your location.

2. International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is offered selectively. Please email us at support@breathflow.in for availability, estimated shipping charges, and custom duty information.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking ID (if applicable) once your package has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the order. Free shipping may be offered during specific promotional campaigns.

5. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking links are provided via email or SMS upon dispatch. Please note that delays due to natural calamities, courier operational issues, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If a product is received in a damaged condition or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for investigation or replacement.
